As the successful Building Surveyor, you'll be working across various property types and services across the region. Being chartered is not essential for this role but would be an advantage. If you would like to do your APC, this firm can help as they have a dedicated in-house team that can support you through the process. They offer a wide range of services such as valuations, building surveying, land acquisition and disposal, project management, lease advisory, sales & lettings, and much more! Key Responsibilities
Duties will vary depending on the skills that the successful candidate has, such as residential/commercial experience, party walls, expert witness, project management, planned maintenance, general surveying, etc. Desired Skills & Qualifications
Ideally a relevant degree Experience with properties in the region Able to manage own workload Driving Licence Salary & Benefits
