The successful Building Surveyor will play a key role in delivering projects with a focus on sustainability, driving innovative approaches to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions. You’ll work across commercial, industrial, retail, and office sectors, delivering professional services such as dilapidations, licenses to alter, planned preventative maintenance, surveys, and Party Wall matters. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver professional services to a varied portfolio of clients. Contribute to sustainability-focused projects reducing environmental impact. MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential). RICS-accredited degree (essential). Background in consultancy or private practice. Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail. A collaborative team player with the confidence to work independently. In Return?
