Our client is seeking a

Repairs Surveyor

to work on

Social Housing Projects

across Peterborough and the surrounding areas.

You will play a crucial role in conducting comprehensive surveys and managing reactive repairs projects. This is a key role providing assurance over the timeliness and quality of repairs across their contracts. You will also play a key role in keeping customers and colleagues updated proactively on the progress of all works and to target.

The ideal candidate will have experience in surveying in a social housing environment and have a good knowledge of most Microsoft systems. You must have a keen eye for detail and have a trade and estimating background.

This role would suit someone who has run their own business and priced works.

Company vehicle provided. Permanent opportunity.

Monday to Friday. 8am - 5pm.
