Building Surveyor - Oxford
Responsibilities / Duties:
Join a dynamic and growing building surveying team in Oxford. Engage in diverse and innovative projects. Focus primarily on commercial property building surveying with a desirable understanding of residential surveys.
Requirements :
Conduct pre-acquisition building surveys and schedules of condition.
Prepare and negotiate schedules of dilapidations and schedules of works.
Manage contract administration and CDM.
Handle client relationships, provide fee quotes, and manage work independently to meet deadlines.
Travel as needed, including coverage for our Oxford and London offices. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
Preferably an RICS Registered Building Surveyor with post-qualification experience.
