Known for their RICS-certified surveyors, they handle building surveys, project planning, and property renovations. As a company, they emphasize quality and sustainable solutions, guiding clients from initial project stages through to completion. In this role, the Building Surveyor will take on a mixture of project-based and professional services related to Building Surveying work across a range of industry sectors on projects across the South Coast.

Building Surveyor Job Overview Contract Administration of extension and refurbishment projects. Measured surveys and subsequent production of AutoCAD drawings. Production of specifications and schedules of work. Submission of planning and building control applications. Building Condition Surveys and Forward Maintenance registers. Project Management. Party wall matters.

Building Surveyor Job Requirements Degree in Building Surveying. Full UK Driver's License. Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing personality. Good levels of computer literacy with working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project, and AutoCAD.

Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits Annual Salary: £30k - £60k - Dependent on experience (Guide only). Discretionary quarterly bonus. Company pension. Private Medical after successfully completing the probation period. 24 days annual leave. Company phone. Business expenses & mileage. RICS, CIAT or CIOB Subscription. Training and APC support.
