£55,000 to £65,000 DOE + Performance Bonus + 25 Holiday Days + Pension

On offer is the opportunity to join an established and boutique building and surveying as well as project management, who care about their staff, who aim to deliver an honest and high-quality service to clients derived mostly through word of mouth, working on high-end projects.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients, analysing defects, and problem-solving on commercial and residential projects including dilapidation, tower schemes, house inspections, and surveys.

THE ROLE:

Determine the condition of existing buildings by looking for defects. Advise on environmental, health and safety issues of buildings. Provide advice in relation to legal and planning issues. Deal with planning and building regulations applications. Offer advice on property alterations, improvements, and extensions.

THE PERSON: Building Surveyor Experience in commercial and residential market. Client engagement and communication. Project management and problem-solving. Based commutable to Camden, North London.
