Skills and requirements

• In order to be successful for this role, you should have a minimum of an RICS accredited degree (or similar) and experience of working as a Building Surveyor in a project managemen.
• Experience delivering education projects is desirable, although not essential.
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is required for this role.

Confirmed role details

• Epasses early-stage project development, funding applications, detailed design coordination, tendering, site inspections and contract administration.
