Since their inception in 1992, they have worked for both Private and Public Sector Clients, providing a full range of construction services on contracts of varying value up to 200 million, as well as offering Professional Services to domestic and commercial stakeholders. Their office is located in Uckfield, East Sussex, and they undertake work in the Southeast and London. They have a hard–working team of ambitious Surveyors, ranging from Assistant Building Surveyors to Associate Level, supported by an administrative team to maintain high–quality and efficient service delivery and accredited to the Gold Standard of Investors in People and ISO 9001, recognising their commitment to staff welfare and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Your new role You will be responsible for delivering various projects and providing professional services to new and existing clients. The goal is to diversify the client base and expand the range of services in line with the strategic plan, involving all members of the professional team in this process. There is considerable scope for progression within the practice, with the necessary support and guidance to develop your skillsets and broaden your service delivery.

What you'll need to succeed You are a forward–thinking and adaptable Chartered Building Surveyor with experience in Project Management, ideally both Contract Administration and Employer's Agent. You have a proven track record of delivering a range of professional services, including Level 3 Building Surveys, Dilapidations, Party Wall matters, and Defect Diagnostic Investigations. A positive attitude towards work and a keenness for personal development as part of a successful growing practice are essential. Attention to detail and a desire to go above and beyond where required are also crucial.

What you'll get in return
