Your new role You will be responsible for delivering various projects and providing professional services to new and existing clients. The goal is to diversify the client base and expand the range of services in line with the strategic plan, involving all members of the professional team in this process. There is considerable scope for progression within the practice, with the necessary support and guidance to develop your skillsets and broaden your service delivery.
What you'll need to succeed You are a forward–thinking and adaptable Chartered Building Surveyor with experience in Project Management, ideally both Contract Administration and Employer's Agent. You have a proven track record of delivering a range of professional services, including Level 3 Building Surveys, Dilapidations, Party Wall matters, and Defect Diagnostic Investigations. A positive attitude towards work and a keenness for personal development as part of a successful growing practice are essential. Attention to detail and a desire to go above and beyond where required are also crucial.
