Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive PFI lifecycle surveys on the healthcare site.
* Utilise the provided tablet device and in-house software to capture data efficiently.
* Assess and document the condition of buildings, identifying maintenance and lifecycle requirements.
* Collaborate with the client to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in building surveying, preferably with PFI projects or healthcare environments.
* Familiarity with lifecycle surveys and condition assessments.
* Competency with digital tools and survey software (training on in-house software will be provided).
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and deliver within the project timeframe.
Contract Details:
* This role falls outside IR35.
* The programme will run for approximately 6-7 weeks
