The MD Group have been retained by our client who are a thriving Estate Agency & Surveying practice based in North Oxfordshire.
Due to an impending retirement, the business is succession planning and to that extent are looking to recruit an experienced Surveyor to carry out professional valuation work, inspections for residential purchases including Level 2 & 3 surveys on a wide variety of properties in Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Warwickshire, and Gloucester.
This is a hybrid role with a healthy balance of working independently and having the option to work from the office and being part of a larger team including Sales and Lettings.
All work is privately generated; any additional work that the incumbent generates will be rewarded accordingly.

Minimum Requirements:
AssocRICS/MRICS qualified.
Experience of carrying out Level 2 & 3 surveys.
