This ambitious and growing Chartered Surveying company specializes in large commercial projects. The business focuses on delivering a quality service to their clientele and has ambitious growth plans to extend their offering in the future. As part of these plans, the business is now recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join their highly motivated team. In this role, your time will be split between the office and site, working closely with clients and colleagues. You will be responsible for measured surveys, contract administration, preparing feasibility studies, and the submission of planning and building control applications. You will be encouraged to expand your knowledge and skillset through self-development, mentorship from senior staff, and a dedicated CPD budget. The ideal candidate will have a Building Surveyor degree (or similar) as well as some experience within the role, with an eagerness to develop and progress their career. You will hold a full UK driving license and have your own vehicle. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company where you will be exposed to a variety of projects and be able to progress massively within your career towards Directorship.
