On behalf of our client, Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting a Building Surveyor for a contract role. This is a Hybrid role 60% home based and 40% office based. Responsibilities

The Building Surveyor role will include: Social housing maintenance repairs and planned works surveys, damp, subsidence, and structural inspections in occupied and void properties. Surveying pre and post works. Completing and delivering technical reports directly to internal teams and contractors. Liaising with management and support staff throughout the surveying process. Candidate Requirements

Social housing maintenance and repairs surveying experience. Health and Safety legislation knowledge. Surveying qualification or experience. Technical knowledge of a wide range of housing stock. Extensive knowledge of building maintenance and diagnostic techniques. Company Benefits

28 days holiday + bank holidays. Car allowance. Company pension. Working Hours

Monday – Friday. 35 Hours Per Week. Job Types:
