Your role will include:
Project Management & contractor oversight
Condition Surveys & investigating building defects
Budget management & ensuring smooth project delivery
License to Alter & Party Wall matters
Experience needed:
Proven Building surveying experience
Keen to progress, develop and elevate within the business
Proactive approach and ability to maintain client relationships
