Job Profile for Building Surveyor - LF267786 Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of representing an award-winning Consultancy based in Newark who are seeking a Building Surveyor to join them, on a full-time permanent basis. The Building Surveyor will be working on a variety of education, commercial, and residential projects across the region. This multidisciplinary consultancy offers a range of services, assisting with any architectural, surveying, and civil engineering needs across the whole of the UK. Their projects range between multiple sectors including Retail, Commercial, Residential, Leisure, Education, Heritage, and Industrial, with project values up to £20M. Working as part of a small Building Surveying team involved in a variety of different sectors, including commercial, industrial, education, residential, and heritage. Small project works, including specification writing, Schedules of work, preparing JCT Contracts, and Contract Administration role. Condition reports. Party Wall Awards. Diagnosis and remedy of building defects. Pre-acquisition reports. Preparation of dilapidation reports. Negotiation of dilapidation claims. Minimum Requirements

Hold a relevant degree in Building Surveying or similar Ideally MRICS or MCIOB qualified (not essential) Minimum 3 years experience as a Building Surveyor Ability to use AutoCAD desirable, but not essential Proficiency in MS Office Suite Full driving license Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
