We are inviting applications from MRICS/AssocRICS Surveyors with experience of carrying out Level 2 (Homebuyer Reports) & Level 3 (Building Surveys) in/around the Newcastle area.
The MD Group have been retained by our Client to recruit a Surveyor in the Newcastle area.
All work is privately generated, and our client has experienced huge growth already this year. Impressively, they've already recruited 12 new Surveyors into the business and still need more.
If you love survey work, especially carrying out L2/L3 reports, are proficient with tech, and are happy to work within a 30-mile radius of your home, then our client would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
Targets are realistic for the geographical area. If you want to reduce or increase your productivity, then our client will support that. They will not allow anyone to carry out unsustainable workloads as they value the service they provide and want Surveyors to feel less pressured.
On offer: £50k to £60k basic salary, car allowance, bonus scheme, and various other perks.
