Building Surveyor Job in Sevenoaks, Kent Building Surveyor job for a reputable multidisciplinary consultancy based in Sevenoaks, Kent, working on a mix of refurbishment and remedial projects across residential, education, and healthcare sectors in London and the Southeast. The role will be based out of their Kent office offering a salary of up to £40,000 + Bonus + Travel + Excellent progression opportunities and Support with APC. You will be joining a growing consultancy with a strong pipeline of work in the public sector. They offer a range of services to include project management, fire safety, surveying, cost consultancy, and design management, and specialise in residential, healthcare, and education sectors for developers, housing associations, and local authorities. Made up of 100 employees and 4 offices, they have a strong reputation in delivering new build, refurbishment, and remedial projects across London and the South East. This role will be working across residential, education, and healthcare projects, including residential high-rise remedial works and building safety case works liaising with developers, building managers, freeholders, and local authorities. Role & Responsibilities

Assisting with the delivery of the building safety case works including completing building safety case reports Working for a small team, reporting directly to the Team Leader/ Delivery Director Report writing and assisting in contract administration for high rise remediation works Support the preparation of key building information Support the resident liaison process required to complete the works Minute taking in both internal and external meetings and understanding the context of discussion points Liaise with project teams across all stages of a project Assist with the tender process and procurement of key consultants and contractors. Required Skills & Experience

2+ years' experience as a Building Surveyor / Project Manager RICS Accredited Degree or similar RICS APC pathway or similar Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Fire Safety Legislation Experienced in supporting with Building Safety Case reports and subsequent works Experience with residential high-rise remedial works Experienced in diagnostic, building pathology, and report writing Consultancy background is preferred UK Driving Licence and own car.
