The Opportunity
They are looking to attract an experienced “Building Surveyor” to join an existing team in the Taunton office.
Key responsibilities will include: Preparing Specifications Contract administration and project management Building conditions reports Costed Schedules of Works Defect diagnosis and advice Preparation of dilapidation schedules and schedules of condition Party wall awards. The Ideal Candidate
They are looking for candidates with experience in a similar role, as well as: Exceptional communication skills MRICS with minimum 3 years PQE Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to use own initiative Clean driving licence and own car What’s in it for you?
