The Building Surveyor's Role As a Building Surveyor, you will work across a diverse range of properties, primarily for public sector clients. You'll provide the full spectrum of building surveying services, with a strong focus on delivering party wall services. Key responsibilities include: Delivering general practice building surveying services. Focusing on party wall services for a variety of projects. Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
The Ideal Building Surveyor Will Have MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential). RICS-accredited degree. Significant party wall experience (essential). At least 2 years of experience in a similar practice. A proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery.
