Position Overview: As the Buildings Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our building projects across the South West, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. You will collaborate closely with a surveyor and project manager to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise building extension projects from conception to completion. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Ensure compliance with current building regulations and industry standards. Collaborate with project managers and surveyors to coordinate on-site activities. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and subcontractors. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ultraframe products and their application in projects. Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience in building management, specifically in building extensions. In-depth knowledge of current building regulations and compliance requirements. Experience conducting site visits and troubleshooting construction-related issues. Familiarity with Ultraframe products is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment.
