The successful candidate will be qualified to degree level or equivalent, with a strong business acumen and commercial awareness, advanced financial skills and experience of financial management and budgeting. Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, with experience of managing varied functions and multi-disciplinary teams, and the ability to work collaboratively with Governors and colleagues, the successful candidate will be able to inspire trust and confidence across all stakeholders.
