Bursars’ Executive Assistant (Fixed Term)

The College is seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant for an immediate start to provide a professional, efficient and comprehensive administrative support service to both Finance and Domestic Bursars. The post holder will be responsible for providing general administrative and organisational support, as well as assisting the Domestic Bursar with data protection, sustainability, and governance responsibilities, and assisting the Finance Bursar with investment related administration. The post holder will also be expected to undertake projects set out by the Bursars and demonstrate a contentious, flexible and willing approach. This is a varied and rewarding position and requires an experienced EA with strong IT ability and excellent interpersonal skills. This is a fixed term position for a period of six months. The role is advertised on a full-time basis of 37 hours per week, but we would be happy to hear from candidates who are looking to work on a part-time basis for no less than 30 hours per week.
