As a Field Staff Team Leader, you will: Work closely with our Sydney field staff to ensure that the delivery of client-centric services is in line with the vision and values of the organisation, producing quality care. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including office and field staff as well as clients, families, and guardians. Provide ongoing guidance, mentoring, and training to a team of community support workers. Complete documentation and administrative reporting as required. Assist in the successful process of recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new staff to achieve client and business objectives. Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of your team including the recruitment, training, and induction of our support workers and nurses. Manage client service feedback and complaints and ensure feedback processes are addressed, and complaints resolved. Maintain and encourage a safe work environment in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety legislation. Oversee skill validation of field staff that does not require clinical input. Conduct yearly staff appraisals with field staff to determine areas of improvement and recognize development and achievements. You will bring the following to the role: Experience working in aged care, community services, or disability services. Certificate III or IV in aged care, community services, or similar qualification. Knowledge of Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Program, and Aged Care Quality Standards is highly desirable. Experience managing field and/or remote work teams. Problem-solving abilities with the ability to think critically. Ability and willingness to embrace change. Experience with conflict resolution and positive business outcomes. Enthusiastic attitude with the capability to influence and develop a strong team culture. Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work independently.
