In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining server-side applications, APIs, and databases to support scalable, high-performance systems. You will collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust and secure solutions that meet business objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in backend programming, a deep understanding of system architecture, and a passion for solving complex technical challenges. Mandatory Skills 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend engineering with a strong track record of creating production-ready products. Build and maintain robust APIs, ensuring seamless integration with frontend applications and third-party services. Expertise in Java (Spring Boot), Kotlin, Python, and .NET for backend development. Deep understanding and experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and GCP, including deploying and managing applications. Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with CI / CD tools like Bamboo for automated build, test, and deployment processes. Solid understanding of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL). Proficiency in troubleshooting, optimizing, and debugging complex backend systems in production. Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Experience working in agile development environments. Roles And Responsibilities Analyze organizational learning needs and identify gaps to develop effective learning strategies. Develop and implement learning solutions that align with business objectives and enhance employee performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their learning requirements and provide tailored solutions. Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and other learning interventions. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Utilize data and analytics to measure the impact of learning initiatives on business performance. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of learning processes and programs. Ensure that learning solutions are aligned with industry best practices and emerging trends. Manage learning projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization to promote a culture of continuous learning. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of learning technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience. Support the development of a learning culture within the organization by promoting the value of learning and development. Work closely with HR and other departments to integrate learning solutions into broader talent management strategies. Salary Range :
