The Role
This is the perfect opportunity for an up & coming Operations Manager to learn from a team of passionate hospitality professionals as well as be a part of one of Merivale's most iconic locations.

In a nutshell, you will need to
Understand how to deliver exemplary guest experience. This incredible venue will feel warm and welcoming with a casual tone of engagement, underpinned by knowledgeable, professional execution.
Lead & Coach a diverse team of people, ensuring that team culture is guest-focused, community-led, and sales-driven.
Demonstrate competency to drive the financial results of the department. Be sales-focused, create and lead the team to execute revenue initiatives, and demonstrate proven results in management of financial controls.
Have a passion for product. Support the extraordinary team of chefs and guarantee you and your teams have a detailed knowledge of the product.
Establish a healthy working environment for the team – enjoyable, educational, results-focused, and respectful.
