As a financial intermediary service for NDIS participants, Alpha Plan Management assists clients get the greatest benefit from their NDIS plans. The Role : We require a professional with proven data entry and accounts experience, ideally in the disability sector, to join our expanding team. You will work closely with our dedicated team to ensure our participants receive a personalised, consistent & professional service. Responsibilities will include : Accurate and efficient data entry Processing of accounts in a timely manner based on the NDIS price guide, to ensure our clients maximise their funding in accordance with their goals Responding to all accounts enquiries, electronic & verbal, in a professional & efficient manner Using our purpose built CRM to maintain accurate records of all enquiries & communication Deliver all advice in a personalised & empathetic manner to maximise client satisfaction & retention. About You : You will have strong experience in providing financial and administrative support, including day to day management of the accounts receivable, accounts payable and all aspects of invoicing. A commitment to utilising Alpha Plan Management’s systems to achieve delivery in a timely & professional manner is critical. To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate the following : Demonstrated experience in data entry in an NDIS setting Strong attention to detail, time management, problem solving & organisational skills Proficiency to use multiple technology platforms & client management systems Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service Exceptional interpersonal skills Excellent verbal & written communication skills & the ability to maintain relationships at all levels Experience working in a community, financial environment or supporting people with disability & / or their families Cert IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting Benefits : Competitive remuneration, based on experience Supportive & collaborative team environment Apply Now : Please submit a Cover Letter & Resume addressing the criteria, as soon as possible.
