We are looking for an Apprentice Business Administrator to join our innovative Customer Service Team in Colton, Leeds. We are looking for a confident, bubbly, driven individual who wants to build their career within the business sector and become the next future First Locate Superstar!

No prior experience is needed just a great work ethic and driven personality, and you will be fully trained and supported with the rest! You will be completing your Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship via Juniper Training, but your training will be ongoing and will be supported by our excellent internal training and dedicated management team. Our Agile Coaches will mentor and support you through your journey offering 1-1 support in your role and completing your work to the required standard to ensure your learning is both enjoyable and to a high standard.

Upon successful completion of your 18-month Apprenticeship our goal is to ensure a seamless transition into a full-time position where you can continue to develop and progress through our exciting career pathway to maximise your full potential.

So that’s us, now let’s talk about your role:

Providing operational business admin support to the team to allow them to fulfil client requirements and business revenue targets

Querying with client’s customer accounts where there may be a discrepancy/misunderstanding as to how the balance has come about.

Data inputting on to customer accounts with new information as to the development of their relationship and situation.

Chasing customers for outstanding information when relevant

Sending out invoices for customers to explain the detail of any debts that are outstanding

Maths and English GCSE Grade 4/C or above are required for this role.
