24 hours per week job share (Monday - Wednesday 9am - 5pm)

The Opportunity
As our Business Administration Manager you will:
Managing the relationship with the Shared Service Centre and delivering on the Hospital's obligations of Service Level Agreements
Managing the co-ordination and resolution of queries arising from business processes
Management of Business Administration
Manage Financial Administration
Data Quality Management
Governance
KPI outcomes
Manage the non-clinical hospital teams' compliance towards Nuffield Health Standard Operating Procedures
Build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure that hospital administrative processes are followed, and that data quality is maintained
Supporting Senior Management Team in financial analysis and reporting
Provide ongoing support and training to line managers and their teams around hospital administrative processes
The Person
To succeed as a Business Administration Manager, you will have:
The ability to develop good relationships
The ability to work collaboratively and influence peers
Attention to detail
Experience working in a busy customer facing business support function
Persistence, resilience and determination
Flexibility
Have excellent IT Skills (Outlook/Excel/Word)
Higher Education Standard; Math's - English (or) Degree is desirable
Financial membership and such accreditations is desirable
Working knowledge of finance / billing & utilisation of Excel
Proficient use of Patient Administration Systems: PIMS / TrakCare is desirable but not essential.

Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital
Located in the heart of the West End of Glasgow; you will be working at one of Scotland's leading private hospitals.
