DESCRIPTION Our International Stores Tax organization plays a vital role in supporting Amazon's global expansion and operational compliance. We seek a Business Administration Support professional to drive operational excellence for our International Stores Tax organization. This role reports to the International Tax Operations Manager and interfaces with senior stakeholders across global operations. The primary focus of this position involves analyzing operational expenditure data, producing periodic reports, resolving data discrepancies, and coordinating business reviews with leadership teams. The position will also be expected to support managers in navigating the OpEx data analyses and related systems, in order to achieve the organizational OpEx targets. In this capacity, the Business Administration will be expected to actively seek areas for process improvements, propose solutions, and own their implementation. The role also encompasses executive support through calendar management, cross-functional meeting coordination, and expense report processing. The ideal candidate combines advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities with exceptional communication skills, demonstrating ability to synthesize complex information into clear presentations. Success requires strong organizational abilities, experience handling confidential information, and proven track record of supporting senior leadership in complex organizations. Key job responsibilities Analyze operational expenditure data and produce periodic reports for the International Stores Tax organization. Identify and resolve data discrepancies across financial systems. Guide team managers and directors in navigating data systems and reports. Design and implement process improvements for reporting workflows. Coordinate business reviews and preparation of status reports with leadership teams. Create analytical presentations for senior stakeholders. Executive Support Functions will include: Manage executive calendars and coordinate cross-functional meetings. Process expense reports and handle confidential documentation. Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Experience in program or project management. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of experience in business operations or executive support. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word and data analysis tools. Demonstrated experience in synthesizing complex data into clear presentations. Track record of improving operational processes. Experience supporting senior leadership in a complex organization. Success in this role requires: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Excellence in written and verbal communication across all organizational levels. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Experience in building cross-functional relationships. Being naturally curious and having strong drive to find solutions.
