Develop, monitor, maintain and periodically audit a shared electronic filing system framework Create and implement document control procedures Reporting on operational efficiency through the review and implementation of trackers Support and contribute towards the wider FM team’s commitment to ISO9001 and ISO14001 Create and maintain training guides inclusive of induction programmes Manage general enquiries Manage meeting room calendars, equipment and guest requirements Attend meetings and minute as required Monitor stationary and other general office requirements Provide general administrative support to the team This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a client direct role offering an attractive salary of £48k + Package.
