Senior Business Advisor

9 - 12 Months Salary:
£130 to £150 a day (Inside IR35) I am working exclusively with a financial services organisation. We are looking for a Business Advisor sitting within the Hub, which is a part of the Customer Experience Team. The position requires delivering the highest standard of Customer Experience, safeguarding the bank from reputational risk, and supporting the Delivery Manager in driving the wider rollout of the CX approach across the organisation. Essential Skills: Should be comfortable as a role model who leads by example and is confident in sharing best practices, challenging processes, and providing support to others. Candidates must have experience of working to targets with a drive to inspire others to achieve. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and is efficient at gathering relevant information. Knowledge of the current SME market with an understanding of how SUL supports customers with their individual needs. Confidence in discussing finances and challenging unrealistic data.
