Business Analysis Manager - Vice President

in Graphite Payments Transformation team for JPMorgan Chase, you will drive initiatives under stringent timelines and in a fast-paced dynamic environment. You will be expected to have strong communication and influencing skills, strategic thinking, collaboration with multiple impacted teams, flexibility, and a results-driven approach. Job Responsibilities Define the business requirements for development and commercialization of new product capabilities. Articulate and document process flows including customer interactions and Operations intervention. Cover functional and non-functional requirements including but not limited to Product features, Operational requirements, Regulatory and Compliance requirements, User Interface, Client reporting, Sanctions, Resiliency, and Scalability. Perform impact analysis for business initiatives to determine key business groups that will require technical or operational process change. Partner closely with Product and Technology partners to help define globally consistent platform architecture. Conduct gaps analysis to determine the degree of change emergent from business initiatives. Work with User Acceptance Testing team to determine the testing strategy and ensure thorough testing of all capabilities. Track the overall progress of an initiative and identify any possible red flags, collaborating with various stakeholders for resolution of issues to ensure timely completion of projects. Drive Operations readiness to support new product rollouts by ensuring documentation of process flows, operational procedures, training, user entitlements, clearly defined roles and responsibilities, and establishing an escalation matrix. Anticipate internal and external factors impacting the global payment strategy and implement plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities. Perform defect analysis, prioritization, and explore alternative solutions. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Strong commercial Payments knowledge covering high value SWIFT and clearing flows. Previous experience in Banking / Financial services. Well-versed with Agile methodology and experience in driving projects under this framework. Strong project management skills and ability to work independently. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority. Strategic thinker with ability to define future state business model and drive execution to that effect. Ability to multi-task and manage and deliver competing priorities. Self-motivated, tenacious with excellent time management/prioritization skills. Experience in designing, delivering & presenting executive level content. Adept at working in a matrix organization and dynamic high-performance teams. Able to leverage the organization to deliver results quickly. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Prior experience in driving large scale strategic projects preferred. About Us J.P.
