Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and our development team, ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood and translated into technical specifications for software solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement:

Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Requirement Elicitation:

Conduct interviews, workshops, and other methods to collect detailed software requirements. Documentation:

Create clear and concise documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows. Requirement Management:

Ensure that all requirements are clearly defined, traceable, and prioritized in the project backlog. Collaboration:

Act as a liaison between business users and the development team to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements. Validation and Testing:

Define acceptance criteria for requirements and work closely with QA teams to validate the delivered software against the original requirements. Change Management:

Manage and track changes in project scope, and work with stakeholders to adjust timelines or deliverables as necessary. Agile Practices:

Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to ensure continuous alignment with business objectives. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development environments. Strong understanding of both functional and non-functional requirements in software development. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills. Ability to create detailed documentation and user stories that can be understood by both business and technical teams. Knowledge of UML, BPMN, or other modeling techniques is a plus. Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and product owners. Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with cloud technologies, web applications, and mobile applications. Experience in user experience (UX) design or working with UI/UX teams is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. Benefits:
