Job Description CubeMatch is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Axiom to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements related to Axiom's financial systems and solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure the effective implementation of Axiom solutions to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for Axiom-based solutions. Analyze existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications and design documents. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps. Support the implementation of Axiom solutions by coordinating with technical teams and ensuring that solutions meet business needs. Conduct or assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation to ensure successful deployment and functionality of Axiom solutions. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the Axiom environment and propose solutions. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of issues.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with Axiom financial systems or similar financial software. Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, and translating them into technical specifications. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including requirements, specifications, and process maps. Experience supporting project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
