About The Role

The Business Analyst will support projects across the organisation by gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and domain knowledge to ensure successful project outcomes. The candidate will manage business analysis, requirements, and project delivery, ensuring efficiency and precision. Proactive and confident, the Business Analyst will lead stakeholder and management discussions for data-driven decision-making, using insights to guide strategy and assess results.

This is a hybrid role based in Barton-Upon-Humber, with occasional travel to other Wren locations as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis Process Mapping and Documentation Data Analysis and Reporting Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Communication and Stakeholder Engagement In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You

Able to use a variety of business analysis methods, tools, and models to support business requirement and change management. Can translate and convey requirements between IT department and the business stakeholders Have experience using JIRA and Confluence to document requirements and create Epics, User Stories, and Improvements Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile environment Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and system integration Excellent organisational skills, and attention to detail A confident communicator and eagerness to work with others Ability to work independently and prioritise work Excellent report writing capability, being able to clearly articulate progress, risk, and issues About The Company
