As a key member of the IT Services team, you will: Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, acting as a liaison between stakeholders to translate needs into actionable technical briefs. Collaborate on projects by mapping processes, creating business models, and supporting the successful delivery of solutions. Manage the Business Systems Development Team, ensuring effective resource allocation, performance management, and adherence to KPIs and SLAs. Maintain secure and controlled systems, proactively managing cyber security, system changes, and code versioning processes Support process improvement initiatives, scoping projects, and ensuring compliance with best practices.
