What you’ll be doing: Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand their challenges, pain points, identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions. Optimise and Improve: Analyse processes, map workflows, and drive efficiencies that make a real difference. Bridge Gaps: Act as the vital link between business and customer needs, technical teams, and project delivery, ensuring alignment at every step. Deliver Results: Support projects from concept to completion, working closely with our Project Managers to achieve milestones and outcomes. Champion Excellence: Promote best practices, governance standards and continuous improvement in everything you do. This is more than just a delivery role— we need someone bold enough to challenge the status quo and collaborative enough to bring people along with you to explore other ways of working and doing things that can optimise value for the Group and our customers.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record in delivering cross-functional projects and driving process improvements.

Proven Expertise : 3-5 years expertise in business analysis, process optimisation, and project delivery using tools and methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. Analytical brilliance

with a knack for problem-solving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you know how to inspire and engage stakeholders at all levels. Super facilitation skills with confidence to constructively challenge the status quo. Proactive, collaborative and adaptable:

you’re always ready to tackle the next challenge with a passion for driving positive change. You are a detail-oriented professional with a big-picture perspective.

Premex is based in Horwich Bolton and is easily commutable by public transport. The role is Monday to Friday between the hours of 09.00 – 17.30. The role is 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid working is available.
