Business Analyst
to join a diagnostics company at their site in Burgess Hill, on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary: Daily £339.27 - £414.67 or UMB £450.00 - £550.00.
Business Analyst Role:
Act as a bridge, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring everyone has a shared understanding of project goals and progress. Identify and document the needs and objectives of stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals. Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups. Analyse and prioritise requirements to align with project objectives. Analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for enhancement. Operate effectively within diverse project delivery frameworks, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies.
Your Background: Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills. Experience in a variety of gathering, analysis, and presentation techniques. Experience in Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile frameworks. Minimum 5 years experience working as a BA. Experience as a Business Analyst on projects of varying size and complexity throughout the full project delivery lifecycle. Experience of business change (people, process, and technology) projects and initiatives.
