Job Description This role is Manager (M2) salary banding This role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract In your role as Business Analyst, you will... Align with strategic goals – ensuring the most critical change projects are successfully completed, directly advancing the company's long-term strategic goals. Make faster decision-making on category 3 priority change projects to help streamline decision-making processes, as these initiatives are closely tied to strategic priorities. Enhance collaboration – managing complex cross-functional programmes ensures that a business capitalises on diverse skill sets and expertise across the organization, leading to higher quality outcomes. Risk mitigation – coordinating multiple factors helps in identifying and addressing risks earlier in the project lifecycle, minimizing potential disruption. Improved resource allocation, ensuring teams are efficiently utilized and aligned to project needs, leading to better utilization of the workforce. What you’ll bring… Able to think both strategically and analytically. Knowledgeable in business processes and systems analysis. A strong communicator, including excellent listening skills, able to distil from large volumes of information. Strong interpersonal skills, able to create rapport with a range of stakeholders ranging from team members to exec board members, and the ability to adapt style for different stakeholders. Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role in a complex business environment across multiple functions. Demonstrable experience and knowledge of Business Analysis methods and tools, including but not limited to; Process mapping ideally utilising BPMN or similar notation standard, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. #LI-AC1
