About the Business Analyst role We are seeking a Business Analyst who has extensive experience in delivering card payments projects to join our growing team in London. You will be pivotal to the delivery of key strategic transformation projects, as we deliver new and improved processes and services to our processing platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define customer objectives and ensure the successful delivery of the key strategic transformation projects. What you will be doing as a Business Analyst Gathering and analysing customer outcomes and how they will be supported through the improved processes and services. Managing the customer impact assessment with input from cross functional teams to ensure clear path for each customer. Using your experience of customer transitions/migrations to ensure the smooth transition to the new services/processes is managed with all changes being clearly defined and communicated. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including account management, product development, engineering, and operations, to ensure alignment and consistent customer management. Document business requirements for any gaps found through the impact assessment process and manage these with the product team in to engineering. Input and support the creation of customer transition plan/schedule. Working closely with remote teams to facilitate communication and collaboration, ensuring project milestones are achieved effectively. What you will bring to the Business Analyst position Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services industry. Experience working on card transformation or migration projects. Strong experience of communicating with customers. The ability to support other teams with clear and easy to understand information to enable them to manage the customer experience. Process and data mapping experience. Experience working cross-functionally with remote teams.
