We are seeking a

Business Analyst

to join our

Business Transformation team

during an exciting period of change. As a Business Analyst at Apogee, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our business by identifying opportunities for improvement, providing data-driven insights, and collaborating across teams to deliver business solutions that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and gather detailed requirements.

Business Process Mapping and Improvement:

Analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Provide insights from data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Solution Design and Recommendations:

Design and recommend business solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:

Build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Project Management Support:

Assist with project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Support the testing and quality assurance of solutions.

Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing:

Contribute to ongoing improvements and share knowledge with the team.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break (40 hours per week).

Experience and Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Experience with business process modelling, requirements gathering, and data analysis.

Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Skills and Knowledge:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in tools such as MS Excel, Visio, Jira, or other business analysis software.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proactive, adaptable, and driven for continuous improvement.
