Based in Cullompton, Devon they have a customer-focused approach and a dedicated team that make that happen. As a Business Analyst in their Business Change Team, you will play a critical role in optimising projects and enhancing operational efficiency. In particular they are currently embarking on a huge Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation and this role will play an integral part of this project. Responsibilities of the Business Analyst include: Gathering business requirements from stakeholders and produce user stories and requirements documentation. Assist Project Sponsors in researching and selecting potential off-the-shelf software solutions. Take ownership of assigned tasks and project deliverables, ensuring quality and timeliness. Organise and prioritise workload appropriately, while reporting risks and exceptions to the Project Manager and Sponsor. Lead analysis and specification phases, conducting scoping and business analysis for both functional and non-functional requirements. Maintain knowledge of industry-standard business analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gain comprehensive understanding of all business areas. Build and nurture relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and suppliers, ensuring successful project outcomes. Requirements of the Business Analyst include: Proven business analysis experience in a project environment with a focus on quality and detail. Delivery experience of ERP solutions. Skilled in requirements gathering, producing functional specifications, and utilizing user story techniques and wireframe tools. Effective facilitation and negotiation skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly. Familiarity with change control processes within project management. Knowledge of Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. Desirable qualifications include delivery of Microsoft ERP Solutions, BCS Business Analysis certification or equivalent, and experience in a B2B environment.
