Key responsibilities & requirements As a Business Analyst, you will be an essential contributor in client engagements. Your primary responsibilities will be to understand CBO's clients’ business needs, analysing current processes and identifying key opportunities for improvement and optimisation. You will also work on capturing and translating clients’ business needs into requirements that will be critical in defining, prioritising and shaping the design and delivery of technology, process and organisational transformation. This will place you at the heart of clients’ business-critical initiatives. These will, most often, be with top-tier organisations within the finance sector. CBO are particularly interested in Business Analysts with experience in the finance sector, specifically those who bring: A strong background in regulatory change, including the analysis and delivery of regulatory projects and initiatives. Deep understanding of key financial services processes such as Client Onboarding (including KYC), Payments, Client Risk Assessments, Banking Platforms, and Risk & Compliance. Hands-on Business Analysis experience with technology and system implementations within the finance sector, ensuring solutions have met both business and regulatory requirements. Experience in data solutions and analytics, supporting organisations to leverage data insights for decision-making and process optimisation. CBO are seeking individuals who will thrive in this environment, who have: A positive, solutions-driven mindset Strong analytical and organisational skills Self-motivation and independence Exceptional communication abilities A passion for collaboration Resilience, and adaptability A desire for meaningful and varied work. Complementing this, you should have at least 2 years relevant experience. A professional qualification in the discipline of business analysis is desirable, but not essential.
