The role This role will be responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks. You will look to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and streamline processes across our organisation. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. The person We would love to hear from you if you have experience in business analysis and understand business analysis methodologies including Agile and Waterfall. You’ll be supporting and working alongside cross functional teams and will take a lead role when it comes to collaboration and the end to end project, therefore demonstrable stakeholder experience is essential. Previous experience of working within Financial Services would be a distinct advantage, but is not essential. You will be working and supporting on numerous projects simultaneously as well as handling day to day requests from the business, so the ability to prioritise time effectively is essential. As a Business Analyst, you will be reporting and presenting findings to different levels of stakeholders and must take a collaborative and inclusive approach, including sharing best practice. Having a keen eye for detail and a desire for continual improvement is key to the success of this role.
