A minimum of 4 years in the financial sector is required. Our client is looking for an ambitious and service-oriented Business Analyst for their Data Warehouse. The main goal is to accompany the innovation process from requirements gathering, solution concept up to implementation. Your tasks and responsibilities: Collect and screen requirements of business departments in defined structure. Prepare gap analysis and cost estimation as part of the change management process. Discuss complex business requirements with end users and management to analyze and design solutions and processes that address the demand. Support testing and defect management process in all topics related to the respective business area. Consult with stakeholders in the business area and consolidate their demand. Maintain all related documents and concepts. Requirements: Hands-on experience with databases. High level of communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Team player, service-oriented, with a high level of commitment and motivation. Analytical, result-oriented, and structured way of working. Fluent in English; German would be an advantage.
