Job Title: Business Analyst - Domain (Payments and Cards) Location - Northampton Experience - 6-12 years
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and clarify business needs and requirements related to payments and cards domain. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Utilize data mining and statistical techniques to gather, analyze, and interpret large data sets. Develop and present insights, recommendations, and solutions to clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement payment and card solutions that align with business goals. Monitor and evaluate the success of implemented solutions and make continuous improvements as needed. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations in the payments and cards industry and share insights with the team and clients.
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the payments and cards domain. Good experience in Java and API. Solid understanding of industry regulations, compliance, and best practices. Proven experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, able to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, SAS, or Python. Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Payment and Card industry are a plus.
