As a Business Analyst, you will support the successful delivery of projects by analysing business needs, managing requirements, and ensuring readiness across Fraud, MI, and Operations workstreams following the recent merger. Responsibilities:
Leading small projects or components of larger projects. Deputising for the Project Manager when required. Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders across functions. Managing project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies. Tracking, reporting, and realizing project benefits. Supporting the creation of business cases and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Using relevant methodology and P3M processes, ensuring alignment with development lifecycles and mandatory requirements. What we require from the candidate:
Proven experience in business analysis, with a focus on fraud operations. Ideally, experience working on large mergers, including gap analysis, roadmap development, and business readiness. Strong ability to manage risks, issues, and dependencies effectively. Experience working closely with tech and MI teams to achieve project goals.
