Our client, a major UK retail bank, provides everyday banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The bank's expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail, and Investment Banking. On behalf of this organisation, AMS is actively seeking experienced Business Analysts based in Edinburgh with remote working. Purpose of the Role:

As a Business Analyst, you will support the successful delivery of projects by analysing business needs, managing requirements, and ensuring readiness across Fraud, MI, and Operations workstreams following the recent merger. Responsibilities:

Leading small projects or components of larger projects. Deputising for the Project Manager when required. Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders across functions. Managing project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies. Tracking, reporting, and realizing project benefits. Supporting the creation of business cases and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Using relevant methodology and P3M processes, ensuring alignment with development lifecycles and mandatory requirements. What we require from the candidate:

Proven experience in business analysis, with a focus on fraud operations. Ideally, experience working on large mergers, including gap analysis, roadmap development, and business readiness. Strong ability to manage risks, issues, and dependencies effectively. Experience working closely with tech and MI teams to achieve project goals. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Next steps
