We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead the implementation of wholesale capital models. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of models built by GRA, including user training and UAT. This role involves ensuring effective controls in wholesale credit lending.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the project team for the implementation program of wholesale capital models. Execute the implementation of models, ensuring controls are assigned to the correct model. Automate ratings into the systems and ensure ratings feed into finance and capital treatment is applied.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in model implementation, with 8 to 10 years preferred. Experience in FS implementation in credit risk models and credit lending processes. Strong understanding of business and IT teams, with the ability to work with various platforms, user stories, agile development, and testing. Tech-savvy with the ability to analyse and interpret data. Motivated self-starter with experience in model implementation and credit risk. BA experience is required. Understanding of credit risk is crucial.
