Business Analyst
Up to £50,000 - Hybrid working in either Edinburgh or Glasgow
Head Resourcing are pleased to be working with a financial services company as they look to recruit a talented Business Analyst. Our client provides a range of outsourced investment services to private banks, advisory businesses, and wealth managers and have offices in both Edinburgh and Glasgow.
The Business Analyst role sits in the change team and is responsible for delivering end to end change items. In this role you will work closely with IT and the wider business to understand business needs and translate them into technical deliverables. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of infrastructure and be familiar with the software development lifecycle.
Required skills:
Demonstrable experience in Business Analysis positions Experience working on IT infrastructure projects Working knowledge of the SDLC and experience working on software projects Working understanding of both Agile and Waterfall Writing business requirements Process mapping User acceptance testing Improving processes JIRA or other project management tool Excellent communication skills both verbally and written with the ability to tailor the methods to the audience and environment
