to join its team in Guernsey. As a Business Analyst, you will work within a small team to deliver on change projects, solving business issues and driving efficiency across the organisation. You will be involved in the implementation of digital platforms to help with the integration of new digital tools to support business objectives. Your responsibilities will include gathering and process optimization initiatives to implement workflow enhancements and streamline financial operations. The ideal applicant will: Come from a finance background. Have gained experience in the island's financial services sector. Have proven experience in driving systems and processes.
