This temporary, full time role requires an experienced Business Analyst to lead the design and mapping of HR processes, with a specific focus on time and attendance, payroll, recruitment and learning and development. This role is crucial in supporting the implementation of new systems for these key functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, process improvement, and HR systems, and will play a key role in transforming how our HR team operates by enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience. Please note that this is a 6 month fixed term contract role As a Business Analyst at IPL you will be responsible for: Process Design & Mapping:

Collaborate with HR teams to analyse, design, and map end-to-end HR processes, with a focus on time, payroll, recruitment and learning and development. Identify areas for improvement, standardisation, and automation to optimise workflows. Requirements Gathering:

Work closely with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of HR needs and goals for recruitment and learning functions. Document and validate requirements to guide system implementation. System Implementation Support:

Provide expertise to support the configuration, and implementation of new HR systems for recruitment and learning. Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and system vendors to ensure alignment and successful deployment. Automation & Efficiency Initiatives:

Drive initiatives to automate and streamline recruitment and learning processes. Identify opportunities for technology-driven efficiencies and support change management efforts to help the HR team adapt to new systems and workflows. Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyse HR data to assess process performance, identify bottlenecks, and generate insights to guide decision-making. Support the development and implementation of metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment and learning processes post-implementation. Documentation & Training:

Create detailed documentation of HR processes, including process maps, SOPs, and training materials. Support HR teams by providing training and resources on new systems and process changes. Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and HR best practices. Continuously look for ways to improve and adapt HR processes, ensuring they align with the latest in technology and organizational needs. The role holder will have: Experience:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on HR processes. Experience in process mapping, systems implementation, and automation projects is essential. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and familiarity with HRIS, ATS, or learning management systems. Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to identifying solutions and opportunities for improvement. Communication & Collaboration:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with HR, IT, and vendor teams to drive projects forward. Experience in stakeholder management is essential. Education:

Third Level qualification in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certification in business analysis is a plus.
